You can not say that someone that is five foot two should weigh 125 pounds because there are many other things that go into that such as the type of bone structure that they have, their age and even if they are female or male. For this reason, an average weight should always be considered based on how average your body is. For many people, being a few pounds over or under their average weight is just as normal and just as healthy. Yet, being much over or much under your weight goal should be something that you address.
