Depending on your gender, age and activity levels, the amount of calorie you burn daily will differ. Older people tend to burn less calorie than younger ones. People performing less physical activities daily tend to burn less calorie. Females tend to burn less calorie than males. If your calorie consumption is less than your calorie gain you will be getting weight which will cause serious health problems as you age besides changing your look.
