Fitness is a means of improving the physical appearance and structure of your body.   • Build muscles that are lean and strong: Using fitness equipment or even just weights, work to improve your overall physical fitness by increasing the muscle mass that you have. When you build lean muscle mass throughout your body, you do many good things for it including building stronger muscles that can accomplish more and that are less likely to become injured. In addition, lean muscle mass burns through fat twice as fast as muscle that is not strong.
  • Build aerobic strength: Aerobics is a form of exercise that helps you to increase your heart rate steadily. It helps to increase your metabolism and helps to increase the number of heart beats your heart can have per hour safely. When it can do this, it means that your body is powerfully moving nutrients throughout the cells and incorporating ultimate health.
To be fit is to be healthy. Fitness and health goals should work side by side to each other so that you can increase the quality of life that you live as well as the overall lifespan that you have. Without one, the other is only doing half the job it could be doing.
